Fun Lunches happen every Friday, rotating between Hot Dogs, and vendor options ordered through Healthy Hunger.
What’s Healthy Hunger?
Healthy Hunger is a company that helps schools coordinate lunch orders with local vendors. While the name might sound like we only offer kale and quinoa, don’t worry, that’s just their brand name. The actual food choices depend on what’s available here in Airdrie and the size of our school.
We do our best to pick vendors the kids will love!
🚨 Important Deadline 🚨
When ordering through Healthy Hunger, please note that orders must be placed by the Sunday before the Friday lunch. This also includes cancellations for that week.
No exceptions — this deadline is set by the company and can not be changed on our end.
Hot Dog Lunch Information:
Hot Dogs are all beef and Gluten Free.
**If your child has a gluten allergy, please note that they can still participate by emailing [email protected], currently if you provide the bun (that's the only thing that isn't gf).

Healthy Hunger FAQs
Most of the answers are from Healthy Hunger directly, this is a third party service to Atlas Learning Academy and the name of the company.
1. What happens if my child is sick on a healthy hunger day that I've paid for?
Please arrange a time with the School office to pick up your order or donate to someone at the school.
2. What is the Cut Off Date for ordering Healthy Hunger?
The Cut Off date for Healthy Hunger is Sunday prior to the Healthy Hunger planned day. NO EXCEPTIONS.
3. What happens if I want to cancel before the cut off day?
Head over to HealthyHunger.ca, sign in and cancel the order.
You can request refunds up to 5 days prior to the day of the order, which would then be by Sunday evenings.
4. When are Refunds Processed?
Refunds are through Healthy Hunger only and can take a few days to appear. We do not and cannot control these refunds.
5. Where can I find the Cancellation Policy for Healthy Hunger?
The Cancellation and Refund Policy with Healthy Hunger can be found on their website.
6. What happens if there is a school or class closure for a Healthy Hunger day?
If the school is closed: We will do everything we can to arrange a refund.
Healthy Hunger is a third party company we use. We rely on the restaurant to cancel as well, which results in Healthy Hunger incurring extra fees.
Please do not contact us for the refunds as we are not able to process them for you.
